The Process
Natural medicine facilitation is a structured process that includes preparation, a supported administration session, and integration. Each stage has a purpose, creating space for informed participation and thoughtful reflection before, during, and after your experience.
1. Consultation
We begin with a complimentary consultation call to discuss your questions, review initial eligibility considerations, and explore whether this process may be appropriate for you. There is no commitment to schedule services.
2. Intake and Preparation
The intake process includes a review of your medical and psychological history, relevant contraindications, informed consent, and required disclosures. Preparation sessions offer time to clarify intentions, discuss expectations, review safety planning, and become familiar with grounding practices that may support you throughout the process.
3. Supported Administration
Your psilocybin administration session takes place in person at a licensed Natural Medicine Healing Center. I provide steady, non-directive support and safety monitoring throughout the session, respecting your individual experience while working within Colorado's regulatory framework.
4. Integration
The experience doesn't end when the session is over. Integration offers space to reflect on what arose, explore what feels meaningful, and consider how your experience may relate to your everyday life. These conversations are guided by your own reflections rather than by assumptions about what your experience should mean.

Micro-dose Session
Up to 2 mg
2-hour administration session
Microdose sessions involve a small amount of psilocybin given at a licensed healing Center - a structured, supported setting. Although the experience may be subtle, participants may notice shifts in awareness, perspective, or reflection. Preparation and integration remain important parts of the process.
Low-dose Session
2.1–9.9 mg
3-hour administration session
Low-dose sessions at a licensed Healing Center provide a supported setting for an experience that may involve more noticeable changes in perception and internal awareness. Facilitation remains person-centered and non-directive, with attention to your comfort, individual needs, and the unfolding experience.

6-hour administration session
Full-dose sessions involve a longer, supported administration experience within a licensed Natural Medicine Healing Center. Preparation, attentive facilitation, and integration are essential parts of this process. My role is to remain present and provide support while allowing your experience to unfold without imposing an interpretation or predetermined direction.

A Regulated and Thoughtful Approach
Choosing to participate in natural medicine services is a personal decision. It deserves care, clear information, and an understanding of the process and the responsibilities involved.
As a fully licensed Natural Medicine Clinical Facilitator, I practice within Colorado's regulated framework and provide services through a licensed Natural Medicine Healing Center. I completed a 180-hour, state-approved facilitator training program and also hold Colorado licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC).
My background in psychotherapy and addiction counseling informs my attention to psychological safety, trauma awareness, ethical boundaries, and the importance of preparation and integration. While natural medicine facilitation is distinct from psychotherapy, my clinical experience informs how I approach this work. I show up with respect for your autonomy, your history, and your individual needs.
Colorado's regulated framework establishes requirements for natural medicine services, including facilitator qualifications, screening, informed consent, and professional accountability.
A licensed healing center provides the required setting for administration sessions. These safeguards are important, though no setting or process can eliminate every risk or guarantee a particular outcome.
My commitment is to offer a thoughtful, grounded, and respectful space where you can make informed choices and be met with care throughout the process.
