Bringing over two decades of experience, education, and training in mindbody healing fields of yoga, psychology, pscyotherapy, and addiction recovery, my work bridges clinical training and embodied healing. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), and Natural Medicine Facilitator (NMIT), I bring a comprehensive background, clinical knowlege, personal experience, depth of presence, and trauma-informed care to every space I hold in clinical practice and in natural medicine work.

Natural medicine services are offered through Solaria Rising (dba), a Nautral Medicine Healing Center licensed and regulated through the Colorado Department of Revenue and the Natural Medicine Division.
