Frequently Asked Questions

Groups being in January, May, and September and last 3 months. The Men's, Women's, and DBT groups all meet in-person, and the Integration group meets virtually. The days and times of groups may change depending on the season. Groups have open enrollment up to one week prior to the start of group and space is availalbe on a fiirst come basis.  All groups require a 30-minute intake session and full payment of the season secures your spot in group. I accept self-pay only. I can provide monthly super bills for specific clinical counseling services for clients wishing to submit for reimbursement to insurance for out-of-network providers.  I also offer package rates and group therapy for more affordable mental health counseling. 

In Colorado, psilocybin mushrooms are legal for adults 21 and over, but there are specific rules and restrictions on their use, cultivation, and distribution. The state's laws, established by the Natural Medicine Health Act (Proposition 122), decriminalized "natural medicines" like psilocybin while creating a new, regulated system for supervised therapeutic use.  There are high standards of practice and specific laws for Natural Medicine Facilitators to follow in order to offer psilocybin therapy. Yes. If you miss a session without 48-hours notice, you will be charged. I reserve your spot just for you. This policy is in place because I have limited spots, and because I cannot easily fill the slot for cancelled sessions, which results in a loss of income. The policy includes exceptions for true emergencies and sudden illnesses.
