Therapy offers a space to slow down, get curious, and explore your experience with compassion. It can be a place to make sense of old patterns, navigate to difficult emotions, deepen your relationships, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been overlooked, misunderstood, or pushed aside.
My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that you don't need to be "fixed." Rather than telling you who to be or what your experience means, I seek to create a space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood as you come to know yourself more fully. Together, we make room for curiosity, build skills when they're useful, and explore what it means to live in a way that feels more connected and true to you.
Whether we meet individually, in relationship, in a group, or in the context of ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, the work begins with where you are.
All psychotherapy services are offered via telehealth or in-person in Broomfield, Coloraodo. I am not currently accepting insurance.

Sometimes we know we're struggling but aren't sure why. Other times, we recognize familiar patterns yet find ourselves caught in them again. Therapy offers an opportunity to slow down and explore what's happening beneath the surface, without judgment or the pressure to have it all figured out.
Our work may include exploring emotional patterns, attachment and relationships, trauma responses, identity, addiction and recovery, life transitions, or the ways you've learned to navigate the world. We'll make space for your experiences while developing practical skills for emotional regulation, self-compassion, and navigating life's challenges.
I draw from approaches including mindfulness, somatic awareness, parts work, compassion-focused therapy, and DBT-informed skills, tailoring our work to your needs, history, and goals.
The intention isn't to become someone else. It's to develop a deeper understanding of yourself, build trust in your own experience, and create more room for choice in how you move through the world.

Understanding the patterns that shape how we connect.
Our relationships can be places of belonging, growth, and connection. They can also be places where our deepest hurts and fears show up. Sometimes, despite caring deeply about one another, we find ourselves repeating the same conversations, reacting in familiar ways, or struggling to feel heard and understood.
Relationship therapy offers a space to slow these patterns down and explore what's happening between you. Together, we can look at communication, attachment, emotional safety, conflict, boundaries, trust, and repair. Rather than deciding who is right or wrong, we'll work toward understanding each person's experience and the patterns that emerge between you.
I approach this work with curiosity and compassion, attending to both individual experiences and the relationship itself. We may practice new ways of communicating, build skills for navigating difficult moments, and explore what it takes to create greater understanding and connection.
Relationship therapy can support couples, family members, friends, or others who want to understand one another more deeply and find new ways of relating.
$200/session

Finding connection in the company of others.
There is something meaningful about discovering that we don't have to navigate our experiences alone. Group therapy offers an opportunity to learn about yourself in relationship with others, share experiences at your own pace, and discover new perspectives in a space grounded in respect, curiosity, and mutual care.
In my groups, we explore the patterns, emotions, and relational experiences that shape our lives. There is room for reflection, skill-building, honest conversation, and the experience of being witnessed without needing to perform, explain everything, or have all the answers.
Groups meet weekly over three months, offering time to build familiarity, deepen trust, and explore new ways of relating to yourself and others. Participation is an invitation, not an expectation to share more than feels right for you.
Growth doesn't happen in isolation. Sometimes, being met with understanding by another person can help us see ourselves in a new light.
Please reach out to see what groups are being offered. Typical start dates are January, May, and September.

Making space for meaningful exploration and integration.
Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) brings together psychotherapy and the use of prescribed ketamine within a collaborative, therapeutic process. For some people, this approach can offer a different way of engaging with emotional experiences, longstanding patterns, or questions that feel difficult to access through talk therapy alone.
My role is to provide therapeutic support throughout the process, including preparation, support during the experience, and integration afterward. We begin by exploring your intentions, questions, and hopes, creating space to consider what feels important to you. Following a medicine session, we can reflect on your experience with curiosity rather than rushing to interpret it, making room for what emerged and how it may relate to your life.
My approach is non-directive and grounded in the understanding that your experience belongs to you. I won't tell you what an experience means or what you should take from it. Instead, I offer a compassionate, steady presence as you explore your own insights, responses, and questions.
KAP involves collaboration with a qualified ketamine prescriber, who oversees the medical aspects of treatment. I have several highly-skilled medical professionals that I work with and recommend. Psychotherapy and medical care work alongside one another, with attention to your safety, individual needs, and ongoing integration.
The experience itself is only one part of the process. The meaning you make of it, and how you carry that understanding into your everyday life, is the most important part of the work.
Price includes the initial intake session, 6 preparation sessions, 6 medicne sessions, 6 integration sessions, and continued collaboration with your medical provider. Medical provider fees separate and are paid directly to the medical provider.
$4,755 for all seven weeks of KAP treatment
